Our services
St Luke’s offers a wide range of services to support people living with life limiting illnesses in mid and south Cheshire. Our focus is on caring, so whether you come to us for symptom control, end of life care or complementary therapies, you will be coming to a positive environment, with professionals who support your individual needs.
We have a 24 hour helpline where a qualified nurse or doctor will be available to answer any palliative care queries from healthcare professionals, carers and patients on 01606 555489. If you have a specific enquiry regarding symptom control please contact your GP.
Referrals for any of our services can be made via your GP, Macmillan Nurse, District Nurse or any other healthcare professional involved in your care.
