Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion In Hospice Care
We believe everyone has the right to high quality care and support at the end of life. However, we remain aware that many communities experience different levels of access to hospice services. Many people, through no fault of their own, face additional barriers when accessing the high quality care and support we know to be their right.
It’s essential our palliative and end of life care community is continuously encouraged to take action to promote diversity and inclusion in all areas of their work.
This one-day conference will work to drive lasting change in the hospice sector. Throughout the day, speakers will provide a platform to share knowledge, experience and best practice in their specific area of expertise. Attendees will be encouraged to ask questions and learn from the experiences of those doing those already advocating for change.
