100K, your way

We’re looking for 100 people to run 100K in February.

Could you be one of our heroic hundred?

How does it work?

‘100K your way’ is our ‘no pressure’ February fitness challenge. YOU are totally in control, choosing WHERE and WHEN you run / walk the 100K. All that we ask is that you complete 100 Kilometres within the month of February.

There are NO registration fees to pay and we’ll even send you a FREE T-shirt to wear when doing your challenge!

So, why February?

February is the perfect month for our 100K challenge, because there are precisely 4 weeks within the month. Starting on Monday 1st Feb, you’ll have 28 days to complete your 100K. Plus, the great thing is that under the current COVID restrictions, you are allowed to exercise locally, on your own or with the people you live with or those within your bubble – so this is the perfectly practical way of staying fit and staying safe.

Plan your routes

There are some great ways to help you with ‘100K your way’ – and some of them won’t cost you a penny! There are several FREE apps available to download (eg Strava) on to your phone, which will map your run and calculate your distance as you go.

Fundraise for us

100K your own way is certainly no mean feat and we’d like to encourage you to fundraise for St Luke’s where you can. You can set up a JustGiving page or launch your own Facebook fundraiser. If you need any help on this just let us know.
