On Friday 31st July 2015, the Directors of Watts Commercial Finance along with some members of the team took some time away from the office and climbed to the summit of Snowdon in support of St Luke’s (Cheshire) Hospice. The journey along the way was not easy, not helped by the poor weather conditions but we are pleased to say that everyone made it to the top and back again!

In total they raised £1,709 for the event which will go directly to the hospice to provide help with the much needed funds to run the hospice and provide the care that many members of our community so desperately need. St Lukes Hospice is a charity close to the company’s hearts, for this reason they were chosen as our nominated charity whom receive a donation directly from our profit each month.

Watts Commercial Finance have been proud sponsors of St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice for several years and hope to be able to run more events in the future for this great charity.

Mark Porter Corporate and community fundraiser at St Luke’s said “Thank you to all the staff from Watt’s Commercial finance for doing this for St Luke’s, I know how hard walking Snowdon can be, I walked it only a few weeks ago on our Snowdon Memorial Trek & that was an amazing day and very hard, so thank you to everyone who donated, £1709.00 is a phenomenal amount as St Luke’s relies heavily on its donation and fundraising effort we are so grateful for this support which enables us to continue our work and help people at such an important and difficult time, Snowdon has made such an impact this year. Thank you to Watts Commercial Finance who have chosen us again as their charity of the year for the coming year”
